6. Orders

8. BODYCAPSULE™ Warranties  

 

8.1 Products are covered under a 12-month limited warranty for consumer use (commercial purchases excluded). 
8.2 The warranty ensures products are fit for purpose, free from defects, and safe under normal usage.  
8.3 The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, modification, improper use, wear and tear, or incorrect installation.  
8.4 Warranty claims may include repair, replacement, or spare parts.  
8.5 Consumer guarantees under Australian law remain unaffected.

9. Returns 

9.1 The guarantee is a voluntary policy in addition to statutory rights.  
9.2 Returns must be in original condition, undamaged, and unaltered.  
9.3 A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items.  
9.4 Customers cover return shipping costs.  

 

 

10. Service and Repairs
