At BODYCAPSULE™, our core mission is to design, develop, manufacture, and deliver innovative, high-quality lifestyle products that promote individual well-being. We appreciate your trust in our brand and products and are pleased to offer a limited one-year warranty for the BODYCAPSULE™ product you have purchased.

Please review the following warranty details carefully before using your new BODYCAPSULE™ product(s).

Warranty Coverage

The warranty begins on the original purchase or delivery date and is valid only if the purchase was made from an authorized BODYCAPSULE™ outlet or online store.
If your chair malfunctions or requires repair, please contact us at info@BODYCAPSULE.com.au or call +61 403 797 808. Proof of purchase (e.g., an invoice or receipt) is required for warranty verification.

Standard Warranty

Brand-new massage chairs come with a one-year warranty under the following conditions -

Metro Area (within 100 km of BODYCAPSULE™ Sydney warehouse):

The first year includes all-inclusive coverage for parts and labor.
One complimentary leather pad replacement is provided, excluding damage caused by human actions.

Outside Metro Area:

Service and maintenance must be performed at our service depot, with customers responsible for round-trip transportation costs.
A quotation will be provided at the time of the request, and charges will depend on the distance.
The first year includes free parts and labor, plus one complimentary leather pad replacement (excluding human-caused damage).

From the second year onward:
All costs, including transportation, parts, inspection, and labor, are chargeable based on the distance between the customer’s address and our service depot.

Exclusions for Leather Pads:
The following conditions are not covered under the warranty for leather pads:

Wear and tear, neglect, abuse, or physical damage (e.g., by pets).
Odors, scratches, or peeling of leather.
All damage must be assessed by a trained BODYCAPSULE™ technician to determine coverage eligibility.

Extended Warranty:

Extended warranties must be purchased on the same day as the massage chair.
The extended warranty begins upon the expiration of the standard warranty period.
Coverage includes free parts and labor for metro areas (within 30 km of the BODYCAPSULE™ Sydney warehouse) during the extended warranty term. Distance charges apply for locations beyond 30 km.
Both standard and extended warranties are non-transferable and cannot be passed on to a new owner in the event of a product sale.

Additional Limitations

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a genuine BODYCAPSULE™ product and excludes misuse or damage beyond BODYCAPSULE™’s control.
BODYCAPSULE™ reserves the right to perform warranty repairs at its service depot.
All repairs under warranty must be authorized and completed by BODYCAPSULE™ technicians.
Cosmetic components such as fabrics, foam, wood, pads, plastics, and upholsteries are not covered.
Normal wear and tear, as well as damage from shipping or handling, are excluded.
BODYCAPSULE™ is not liable for losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by equipment failure.
The warranty does not cover products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or non-residential purposes.
Warranty coverage is void if the product’s serial number has been altered or removed.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from:
Improper installation (unless performed by BODYCAPSULE™).
Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Power supply issues, accidental drops, or lack of recommended maintenance.
Moving the product, theft, abuse, neglect, or vandalism.
Environmental factors such as fire, floods, rust, corrosion, dirt, windstorms, hail, or earthquakes.
